The Process:
Once you have purchased your ornament, you will need to send me pictures of your pet. I prefer digital pictures be emailed to me, however print pictures are also fine. Please email me for my mailing address if you intend to send print photos. The best pictures show your pet's unique markings clearly, and showcase your pet's overall appearance. At this time you may also choose to send pictures of the accessory you'd like your pet posed with. If you have no preference, I will work with you to determine the best accessory for your pet. Pose may also be determined at this time.
Upon receiving payment and all pictures, I begin creating your unique ornament. Most orders are completed within 5 - 7 days. You will be contacted if I cannot meet this time frame.
Ornaments are wrapped in tissue paper inside a gift box which is securely packaged in the shipping box. At your request a note card can be enclosed if you wish to send the ornament as a gift.
Ornaments are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii, and International shipments are made via USPS First Class mail.
