Custom items are created after photos and payment have been received. Check payments via PayPal may take up to 5 days for the payment to be received. Please allow 7 – 10 days for items to be created and shipped.

I prefer PayPal payments because they are more secure for both my customers and myself. I will, with prior arrangement, accept checks. I accept cash payments only for face to face transactions as it is too risky to mail cash.

Custom items are created with artistic license. Please note that they are not meant to be exact replicas of the 'model', but caricatures.

Since each ornament is custom, I am unable to refund the purchase price. I will however work with you to find a resolution. Resolutions are determined on a case by case basis.

All items are created in a smoke, but not pet free home. The animals, however, are not encouraged to contribute to the creation of your ornament.
